Region-free games

I heard that all ps3 games will be region free. Does this mean that I will be able to play games on my UK ps3 if I import them from America? Also will blu-ray movies be region-free?

Not sure about the movies, but yes imported games will work on a UK PS3.

play-asia.com will ship worldwide inc. UK from 23rd march.

Blu-Ray movies ARE region encoded, and the US and Jap movies will NOT work on a UK PS3.

Ya. It costs me $650 after taxes. And I am charging $50 to ship it. Im not trying to make anything off it. Just trying to help out.

Thats a really good deal, if I hadnt already paid a deposit on a UK PS3 I would have bought one from you Lethal, saving myself £75 roughly :/

Well my offer is still available if you guys choose to sell your deposits. The only thing is my tracking numbers would only tell me when it left the country. There wouldnt be a way to track it once it gets to the UK. This is why I dont sell to other countries on Ebay. I would only do it here if you guys really wanted one quickly.

Now if anybody wants to do this just remember that once its tracked leaving the US my a$$ is covered. PERIOD!
