I accidentally closed my Layer toolbar...how do I get it back?

go to WINDOW- LAYERS PALETTE.

if it is already open double click where it says LAYERS.

Thanks! What about the other toolbars that go there, how do I open those?

same thing, to open windows click eithr WINDOWS or VIEW, same thing double click on these windows to close or open.
