Re-arrange the order

Are you able to re-arrange the order thwe Wii channels are in ?FOr example, I bought 2 VC games and then I downloaded the "Everyone Votes" channel and it appears after the 2 VC games. Is there a way to put it with the Channels?

You can arrange all the channels and place them wherever you want. Just click and drag.

You have to press and hold both buttons to drag the channel.

I heard there was some firmware update set in place a while back in December that prevents you from dragging them or something. They left it out or something, I'm not sure.
