Step 1:
First, you need to make your background you want for your signature in Photoshop. Then, you need to hit the "edit in imageready button"

Step 2:
Once you bring it into image ready, go to file-->open and choose the sprite animation that you would like to be using. it should appear with all the frames under it. to make sure it runs smoothly, click the play button. it should cycle through all the frames. to stop, hit the stop button and then be sure to go all the way back to the first frame.
Step 3:
Next, on your sig, hit the tween button and the window will pop up. Have these options:
Tween with:Previous Frame
Frames To Add (how ever many your sprites frames are, but add a few more in case of extra)
Layers: Selected Layers
(checked) Position
(unchecked) Opacity
(checked) Effects
then hit OK. On the bottom, the # of frames you wanted should have appeared there.

Step 4:
Take the sprite you want. Now, select the 1st frame of the signature and the first frame of the document both, so it wont come out messed up. the frame of your sprite should have a blue box around it. take that frame click and hold your left mouse button and drag it into your signature and position it where you want. This is what mine looks like so far:

Step 5:
Now select frame 2 on your signature. it should just be the background without the frame of the sprite. if the frame of the sprite IS on the 2nd frame, you did something wrong. try to go back a few steps and find your mistake. Anyway, now go to your sprite's document and select frame 2. as you did before, drag it into your signature document and position it accordingly. As you can guess, select frame 3 on your signature and that should be blank as well. go to your sprite document, select the 3rd frame, and drag that into the signature and position it accordingly. just repeat this all until you're done with the entire sprite frames. If you have 68 frames like i do.... well then this will take a while (maybe 15 minutes if you can do it quick enough. unfortunately, mine took about half an hour to almost 45 minutes.) Also if the snap is bothering you, go to View---> and Snap is checked, so uncheck it if it will not let you position the sprite how you want it.
Step 6:
After all that hard work you did, or if you want fo view it to see if it's turning out the way you want it, hit the play button. Altogether i finally finished mine. I realize that his explosion is cut off down at the bottom, so if you do another one (hopefully this was just practice for you) then be sure to calculate anything like that. When you're done with yours, go to file --> save as so you can work on it anytime you want. if you want to save it as a .gif, go to file ----> save optimized as. So, here's how mine turned out:

If this doesn't help much, I have made another one just tell me to add that.
