This is a free Live linux, which means you have to burn it to a disc and boot up to the disc, its a full linux without installing it! When your done you take out the disc and reboot into Windows/Mac

1. But who cares? It makes sense. Why develop a virus for a computer that does only one thing well, video editing.

2. Artist usually are too stupid to operate a computer as well, half of them cant operate their fancy remote controls. (Plus its a Fad like iPods)
3. 2 VAIOs Video.Audio.Integrated.Operations, My computers can do video editing just as well or better than a mac.
4. PC can range in price, You can get a PC better than an apple cheaper. Thats not really a bad thing now is it?

I've had a mac, both a laptop and a desktop. There are macs at my school. I've worked with macs, and they blow ass. And, if you notice in the desktop screenshot thread, 99% of us don't do mac themes. You're SO wrong.

The reason a pc slowed down on you is because your computer illiterate. While the mac is great for video editing most people dont do that. They buy it because its easy and they are to stupid to maintain a PC.

2. No, the more programs (in your case, probably spyware) you have on AT THE SAME TIME will slow down ANY system.
3. No. Not at all. i detest the Mac interface.
4. If I wanted a Mac, I'd have a Mac. Macs suck, therefore I don't have one. My PC is more expensive than a Mac.

I like both. I've used a PC for about 2 years til it broke down. Now I've been using Apple computers for about 4 - 5 years. One does better than the other in certain areas. I've never really played any games on either. I'm more of a console guy. Thats probably why "most people" here say PC is better cause they enjoy playing games on the a computer. I could care less about how it is better to play FPS on a keyboard and mouse than it is with a controller.

XP and 2000 are pretty good too, Windows ME was total Crap. I got the ME and it was okay. We got rid of them and we all have xp except me. I have a mac. My family is getting crazy about the macs and we are all switching to macs. I finally got rid of my 40 gig PC.
