Some 360 Bugs I've had occur

So i've had my 360 for a couple monthes now and overall i love it but there are some annoying bugs i keep running into.

1.Every now and then when i am trying to load 2 things, like a game is starting up and im trying to sign in, the menu freezes and takes a good 20 seconds to unfreeze. Sometimes it doesn't unfreeze and i have to restart it.

2.This has only happend 3 times but anyway, when i play online on rainbow six sometimes it will freeze and then a bunch of different colors come up on my screen and i have to restart it.

3.When i try and join a friends game online from the dashboard it says to insert the game even though its already in the drive.

If anyone can tell help me out with any of these bugs i would appreciate it.

Number 2 is a biggie. If you have it under 1 year, I would return it or have it fixed.

I've only had the 3rd one happen to me

The 3rd one is very common. If your first booting up to the dash, it will happen. But if you start playing the game, go back to the dash, a friend invites you, it works.

The only one to worry about is #2. That is your GPU overheating. Anytime you get a GPU failure you get the different color pixels and such.

Yep if you are under warranty get it swapped out ASAP

Man now im scared. Ok so with out a doubt i should get a new one??? Is there anyway to fix it, because i want to keep my xbl account and gamesaves :(

Just bring the console back and switch the consoles not the hardrive

Ok i bought it from gamecrazy in january, so its still under the warranty. I just take it to them with the reciept?
