Motorstorm problem?

First off if anybody says anything stupid like he should have bought a 360 I am going to give you a +10pt warning.

Now me and my brotherinlaw (Kicker83) were playing heads up in some Motorstorm. We played a couple races then while we were getting ready for another match his PS3 boots him to the PS3 start up page. This happend 2 times. Now the PS3 didnt shut down or anything it just acted as though he pressed quit game. When of course he did not. Has this happened to anybody else or have you heard about this happening at all?

you should have bought a ..... just kidding i had this problem the first time i tried to play online. Try to flip the power switch on the ps3 for 1-2 mins then try again. it helped mine out not sure if it resets something?

Well when I was racing Maaz just before you entered my game froze on me. I had to turn off the PS3 with the switch. This is the only game that has ever gave me a problem.
