No Commandos 2 or Command and Conquer fans?

Im surprised I havent heard anyone talking about Commandos or Command and Conquer. Im looking to buy Commandos 2 for cheap. Anyone know a website where I can get it for really cheap? and Anybody knows of a similar game like Commandos or something? like a good RTS stealthy game, where you can lay back and play all day? and also for the PS2 is there any good games for the PS2 in regards to RTS's? I already got Generals, and infact I beat it 100% - it was not as better then Tiberian Sun and Red Alert
