Asking here as it's the bigest forum I know, and people actualy help and don't call ya n00b :P

Basically, would this motherboard work with this CPU:

Yes sir it will. Any s939 chip will work on any s939 motherboard. And every s939 chip I have had has worked great will my ASUS boards.

P.S. that board may need a bios update first.
