I am running this to see who is running which OS, and why?
So cast your vote and post you reasons why, and good and bad things about it.
Also let's hear what you think about Windows Vista.

Im using Windows XP. I have this OS as I find that compared to the mac I used to have windows seems faster. Also, windows has a wider range of popular games such as Battlefield 2. I havent heard much about windows Vista.

I agree.
To find out about Vista, just visit my site: play-comm.com (http://www.play-comm.com)
And search for it.

Just as an additional note I use XP Home Edition. I was thinking about using XP proffessional for school, but couldnt really see much of a difference.
The next question/poll should be, how many of you are going to switch to Windows Vista, and how many are going to keep XP as thier Main OS.

That depends, if you download music illegally in Vista Microsoft reports it to the authorities, thats the only thing holding me back.

Someone will almost certainly find a way round the reporting of illegal downloads, it will just take a while.
Personally i will stick with xp for about a year after vista comes out, i will only have vista on my non-internet PCs, because i bet that after vista is out every hacker, and virus maker in the world will be exploiting vista, and viruses will be flying around, it wont be safe to connect vista to the internet until about a yeyar later, and even then you will need a really good virus protection program. whilst xp will be almost squeaky clean of viruses.
I mean look at windows 98, you hardly get viruses on there anymore, mainly because hardly anyone uses it, the virus makers will always go for the latest OS, theres more weaknesses to exploit.

I'm running Linspire on my C drive and XP on my D drive. As for the Vista internet securety, that will keep hundreds of thousands from buying.

The obvious answer to which being, "Don't download music illegaly. It doesn't cost that much to just buy it. Yes I'm talking to you. You know who you are."
