Ok heres what i need to know:

I have a Toshiba Satellite M70-CL1 and it has a 1.6ghz Intel Celeron M 380 processer and i want to upgrade to something a bit faster like a Mobile P4 @ 2.4ghz and i need to know if this is possible and if so how the fuck do i go about doing this

it doesnt have to be a P4 it just needs to be atleas 2.0ghz

Laptops in general are not upgradable, unless you want to increase the RAM or the size of the hard drive. Motherboards, processors and graphics cards aren't upgradable, certainly in any easy or practical way.
