ipod video help!!!!

i just got it yesterday, i used itunes to put my movies on. a few of them play fine, with no problems, but the majority play for a few seconds, freeze, and then resume with no sound, i can fast forward and it will do the same. the videos are all mp4, please help!!

did you convert to mp4, download, or buy from apple??

most likely happened when you converted, have you tried another program?

they work on my psp though, thats what i dont understand. works on pc too.
