The update hits May 7th
Your contact list will now integrate Windows Live Messenger, and show joinable session status
Messenger contacts can see what game you're playing, and your gamertag
Marketplace will now have its own blade, which will be skinned independent of your theme
Users will now get inline achievement updates
Low-power download mode and auto-shutdown
You can watch partially downloaded movies
You can text chat messenger six friends playing games watching movies

Nice find bud! The 360 just keeps getting better.

The Windows Live Messenger update seems like the biggest. You'll probably need a keyboard for that, lol. It'll be more fast though as you don't always have to check your messages and reply to them, instead you get a chat box. I also like how they added the "Marketplace" blade, it will be easier to navigate. The part being able to watch movies as they download sounds neat too.

That is already possible, once the movie gets to a certain point you can watch it...

This update really doesn't make me excited at all.... Its all bout messenger which I don't use so blah.

It would make sence to have them if msn is coming to the 360

I think most usb keyboards work with it.

Yea, I found one of my old USB keyboards, and it works fine with the 360. Nice fuind on this too dude.

According to engadget we can also stream mpeg-4 format as well as wmv...

Edit: I mean with this update we'll be able to stream mpeg-4.
