Legitimately this time...
The pursuit of in-game Achievements has divided opinion, with purists insisting that gamers are falling into a trap by playing substandard titles merely for the points.
Self proclaimed “Gamerscore whores” don’t seem that concerned however, and now they have a fully fledged point pimp in their midst!

Step forward Stallion83, the first person to surpass 100,000 gamerpoints without cheating (i.e. no dodgy game saves, account trading or glitches along the way). “It is an honour to be recognized as the first to get 100,000 gamerscore legit. The long road is complete. I want to thank my girlfriend for putting up with the achievement whore that is stallion83 and some of my good buddies on XBL for keeping things interesting, you know who you are. Keep it real.”
What a stud!
Once we got over the fact he actually has a girlfriend, his eye bulging score is almost as impressive. You can check out a full interview with him over at www.xbox360achievements.org (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/) and also view his gamercard here (http://live.xbox.com/en-GB/profile/profile.aspx?GamerTag=stallion83).
But let this be a warning to all you prospective 100k gamers out there; it seems such a task does not come without sacrifice, as Stallion83 has a fair share of turkeys adorning his played game roster. We will let you decide for yourself what we are talking about (!)
Do you think people should be applauded for their Achievement list, or discouraged from hording titles with a view to bumping up their score? Let us know in the comments box below.
