Right,
So this guy was playing on my 360 with me around my house, and the 360 was laying on its side. As we were playing, the guy lifted my 360 and hence the disk got scratched badly.
Now every so often I get the disk unreadable error.
What should I do?
Get my Dad to ring him up and get him to buy me a new one.
I bought it from Game in December so I dunno whether I can go there and replace it.

In some dvd rental shops they have a machine which cleanes the disk and gets rid of all the scratches so look round for one of them.

I doubt any scratch repair machine can fix those scratches.

Ive been hearing about the 360 doing this, can someone take a picture of a damaged disc? I heard it burns a hole right through it if you shake the 360 enough while a disc is in there lol.

Buy a used GoW at EB Games/Gamestop/Rino Games/Babbage's, swap out the discs and then return it and tell them the disc doesn't work... You will get all of you money back. As long as you return it within a week.

Im in the UK. We have none of them lol. I think we have Gamestop.
Anyway, dad phoned up the guy. He said he would give me £20 to cover some of the price towards a new one which he just dropped round in cash.
Looked on the net. Next minute I know Krayzie wanted to talk to me over Xbox Live and told me play.com were selling GOW for £18 shipped.
Asked Dad, gave him the cash so I've ordered the new GOW from play.com!
Was decent of the guy to give me 20 quid in cash aswell.

Here, if we give back a game which is damaged, we get fined the full price of the game brand new. So say I hired out GOW for £3. I swapped the disk and sent back my scratched one. They would charge me £39.99 for a brand new replacement disk.
