I bought a used psp from ebay, it came with the psp, battery, recharger and a 1 gigabite stick. I bought it all for 200$ but when i received the psp it had a ton of these little scratches but you can only see them under a very bright light(or out in the sun). I just bought displex from ebay for 10 bucks to get rid of the scratches and i'm about to get a Hori scratch protecter.

Actually... I would think it would be a Bit Cheaper...
One thing that may change the scales however; what state do you live? Does your state charge tax on these items?
I, for one, live in California, so this would be a pretty good deal. Retail, this would come out to be about $255 brand new, however with tax it comes about to be about $275. If no tax, then only $255.
So I dunno actually... I mean for just an extra 50 dollars you could have gotten all this new. You only saved 20 % of the whole... Usually I would think you would save about 35-40% and sometimes even more. I've seen members on this forum selling PSP with games, memory, etc for about $200, which is a way better deal.
So I dunno, all based on perspective I guess. Don't want to put you down or anything though; at least you saved some money :D
Here are the Retail Items I was mentioning:
