Oh, I must have missed that. It doesnt bother me if there refurbished i have a xbox that i bought refurbished and it has been working fine for a year now.

Not bad for a refurb I guess. I'd rather but a refurb stand alone vs. the vp to make it cheaper.

That's $20 less than a referb/used PSP from GameStop without the Value Pack, so yes.

Edited after following link:
Except that this is just a Starter Pack, not the Value Pack. So now I'm not so sure. What is the difference between the Starter Pack and the Value Pack?

Also note that the price is after a (mail in?) rebate so your up front price is the same as at GameStop, unless the Starter Pack = Value Pack.

It's really hard to tell much of anything from that page, it's mostly advertising garbage rather than any useful information (altho the tech specs on the PSP are nice to see for a change).
