Everybody knows how boring the PSN is. Its nothing like the Marketplace that the Xbox 360 offers. Well Sony is finally listening and are going to be making some changes.
"One of the good things about having an online service is that it can be upgraded to accommodate more new features and fixes as time goes by. Sony's PlayStation Network is no exception, and as a recent GamePro interview revealed, changes may be coming to the PSN soon.
Susan Nourai, the senior director of the PlayStation Network, confirmed to GamePro that Sony will indeed tighten up the accessibility and community tools for the PS3's online service in the coming months. According to Nourai, the PSN team is currently "working closely with the engineering team in Japan to improve the overall consumer experience."
No dates or further details were mentioned, but we can hope that one of their planned improvements includes a feature that would let PS3 owners access the XMB without having to quit a game."
