RPG Games/ Sites

I am thinking about starting an MMORPG account since I'm bored all the time. Can youguys tell me some good MMORPG's out there that are free and some that you have to pay for. My friend said somethin about World of Warcraft, but I don't really want to pay 15$ month. I've heard of some good free MMORPG's out here, can you tell me what they are and where to get them.

Ragnarok - Its cheaper than WoW and fun for RPG fans. I personally thing RPG's are lame.

Well, I used to think RPG's were lame, then i picked up a Star Wars RPG for Xbox and i was like addicted. All my cousins laugh at me cause i'm barely joining the RPG bandwagon. Lol,

Rune scape.You've probably heard of it but i hear its a great game.I couldn't find conquer online

1 its runescape (no space)

2 IMO its a crappy browser-based game

3 too many hackers

but thats just my take on runescpae.I personnaly love guild wars great game and it dosent need that great of a computer so you dont need alienware :roll: just buy it for 40 USD if youre somewhere else idunno how much it is but you never need to re-subscibe

antoher great game is gunbound WC its a lot like worms and of course its not an mmorpg but when i was looking for a mmorpg for myself i found a huge list very complete,but i can't link to competing sites! :P

I've never played it but from the ratings of it at mmorpg.com its supposed to be a good free game (But thats just ratings) is Flyff. Go here and look at all the games, it will tell you if there free or not when you click on them.

Also Final Fantasy XI and Guildwars: Factions are great if you can dish out the extra money to buy the game. (Final Fantasy cost like $8 a month though but I think tis worth it.)

so true , I played it for a summer and had a good character lvl 70+ but there was way to many cheaters. ex. If you attack another player in the wild( the area for duels etc.) you get a skull and crossbones over your character meaning if you die all item your hav equiped and in your inventory are dropped and picked up by the person who kills you. I was attacked by 4 guys and I was given the skull, died, lost all my good gear, and got fed up with the game and left. so thats why runescape sux

never played runescape but i saw on miniclip.com that it was the most played game for a while
